Jeff Machacek

I am writing to commend the outstanding performance of Jeff Machacek. Jeff worked with us on the sales of a home, a town home and the purchase of our new home. None of the transactions were easy. Each transaction developed obstacles (not due in the least to Jeff), which at times seemed insurmountable. Yet throughout the entire process, Jeff remained not only “cool under fire” but optimistic and eager to do whatever he could to make the transactions work. Jeff spent countless hours with us and with the other parties involved, including lenders, to ensure that everything would work out. And he was successful=the last transaction closed yesterday. We will certainly recommend him to all of our friends and acquaintances who are in need of real estate services.
